We ship orders via carrier to your address. Shipping times vary by destination. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Available shipping options are shown at checkout based on your location.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items in new and unused condition with original packaging can be returned or exchanged.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail.
Return Shipping Cost: We provide a free pre-paid return shipping label included in your package. There is no cost to the customer for return shipping, regardless of the reason for the return.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or processing fees.
